OBJECTIVES

 This summer school aims to introduce some relevant topics in molecular electronics and nanostructures to young physics and chemistry graduate students.

 Our aim is to provide a broad forum of discussion of recent problems in this field in a way accessible and useful to young students.

There will be two tutorials on different topics:

Introduction to SPM methods (training with two working AFMs)

Introduction to Ab initio methods in Molecular Electronics (training with specific software)
