Miriam Jaafar Ruiz-Castellanos, professor in the Department of Condensed Matter Physics at Universidad Autónoma de Madrid (UAM) has won the first research award in the first edition of this award from the Club Español de Magnetismo.

The jury has decided to grant her this recognition for her outstanding career, both in scientific research and technological development, as well as for its wide impact and its future projection
